Natural Pop-art and neo Art-noveau, that is how Hanuš Lamr describes his jewelry inspired by motifs from the realm of plants and animals.
Hanus collects interesting natural objects, which he than uses in his creations, making casts of natural structures out of precious metals with diamonds and sapphires or colored plastic.
He makes imprints of nature but not exactly. There is usually a „twist“ to the form before the final piece is created, and it often takes quite a long time. At the beginning there could be a leaf, then comes the designing, modeling, casting, etc...
„Time is both our partner and judge“
Daniel Pošta and Zdeněk Vacek know how to deal with time. It becomes a dormant partner of their precision work with fine metals or diamonds. It even co-authors the growth of pearl or crystals. Finally, anything but time decides over the quality of their artifacts.
Jewelry made of precious metals, stainless steel, flax ropes, diamonds, pearls and grown crystals are made simultaneously in several lines, always in a natural follow-up to the previous creation.
The play with new materials has a solid foundation in perfect knowledge of the traditional goldsmith's craft.
